Provided is a device for measuring an amount of abdominal fat, which comprises: a size measuring part for measuring the size of the abdomen of a person to be measured; impedance acquisition means for acquiring the bioelectric impedance of the abdomen; and a calculation part (15) for calculating the amount of abdominal fat. The size measuring part comprises a size correction part (12) for correcting the measured abdominal size using the time that has passed since the person to be measured consumed food. The calculation part (15) calculates the amount of abdominal fat of the person to be measured in accordance with a predetermined conversion formula by using the bioelectric impedance acquired by the impedance acquisition part and the size of the abdomen corrected by the size correction part (12). |
