PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device improved in the sealing function by reducing the quantity of intrusion of foreign matters. SOLUTION: This rolling bearing device includes an outer ring 2a, an inner ring, rolling elements 2c and a sealing device 8. One end surface 2a1 of the outer ring 2a on a vehicle outer side thereof is arranged opposite to a side surface 3c of a hub flange 3, and a predetermined clearance is provided between the side surface 3c of the hub flange 3 and the one end surface 2a1 of the outer ring 2a. The sealing device 8 has a core 8a to be pressed into an inner peripheral surface 2a3 of the outer ring 2a, and the core 8 is formed with an outer flange 8d folded from a vehicle outer side of a core cylinder part 8c, which is to be pressed into the inner peripheral surface 2a3 of the outer ring 2a, and extending outward than the outer diameter of the outer ring 2a through the clearance. The outer flange 8d is formed with an axial lip 8b directing toward the hub flange 3b side in a tip side thereof, and a labyrinth seal part 10 is formed of the front end side of the axial lip 8 and the side surface 3c of the hub flange 3b.
