<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement clock switching while effectively utilizing design property.SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit device includes a plurality of digital circuits and an analog circuit. In a first mode, the plurality of digital circuits and the analog circuit are supplied with a first clock from an internal oscillation circuit. In a second mode, the plurality of digital circuits are supplied with the first clock from the internal oscillation circuit, and the analog circuit is supplied with a second clock based on a crystal oscillation operation which has a smaller frequency deviation than the first clock.</p> |
