PURPOSE: A common type bead ring of a tire valcanizer is provided to supply compatibility of the bead ring by applying the bead ring without additional remodeling procedure when the shape of the valcanizer is changed. CONSTITUTION: A common type bead ring(2) of a tire valcanizer comprises a mold ring(3). The mold ring is mounted on a mounting surface(2a) of the bead ring. The mold ring is connected to the bead ring by a medium of a connection pin(5) which is elastically supported by a spring(4). A connection protrusion unit(5a) is formed in the lower part of a body of the connection pin. The connection protrusion unit is fixed to a circumference groove(6) and is inserted into an expansion groove(6a). A push plate(7) is inserted into the mold ring. The push plate pushes the connection protrusion unit of the connection pin. |
