PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite processing machine capable of performing cutting and grinding simultaneously.SOLUTION: A second head stock 15 mounted on an inclined surface 35 of a base frame 3 so as to be opposite to a first head stock 5 mounted on the inclined surface 35 is provided in such a way as to be freely movable in the z axis direction serving as the axial direction of a first main shaft 9 and in the x axis direction perpendicular to the z axis direction. A second main shaft 13 holding a workpiece freely at the tip is arranged on the second head stock 15 in a freely rotatable way. In an edge support 93 arranged so as to be movable in the x and z axis directions on one side in the x axis direction of the first head stock 5, an edge fitting holder 83 equipped with a cutting tool for cutting a workpiece in a removable and replaceable way is provided. In a moving table 89 arranged so as to be freely movable in the x and z axis directions on the other side in the x axis direction of the first head stock 5, a grindstone support 93 supporting a grindstone shaft 95 which is freely rotatable around a shaft center inclined to the x and z directions is provided. The grindstone shaft 95 is equipped with a disk-shaped grindstone wheel 97 for grinding a workpiece.
