<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device having a backlight unit capable of performing viewing angle control for providing viewing angle characteristics from which the optimum driving conditions can be obtained by applying a viewing angle control sheet for performing outgoing light control by forming a diffraction pattern on an upper surface and a prism pattern on a lower surface to a backlight unit for a vehicle.SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device includes: a liquid crystal panel 110 configured to output an image; a light guide plate 142 disposed under the liquid crystal panel 110, and configured to transmit backlight to the liquid crystal panel 110; a plurality of optical sheets 143 disposed between the liquid crystal panel 110 and the light guide plate 142; a reflection plate disposed under the light guide plate 142; and a viewing angle control sheet 120 disposed between the liquid crystal panel 110 and the optical sheet 143, therein a diffraction pattern 123 is formed on the upper surface of the base film 121, and a prism pattern 122 is formed on the lower surface of the base film 121, and configured to control a viewing angle.</p> |
