LUBRICANT FOR A POLYCARBONATE RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition which can inhibit coloration and has excellent mold releasability, heat resistance, and moldability; a lubricant used for the resin composition; and a molding formed from the resin composition.SOLUTION: Provided are a lubricant for a polycarbonate resin including a pentaerythritol tetraester of fatty acids constituted by pentaerythritol and fatty acids including stearic acid and palmitic acid wherein the mass ratio of the stearic acid and palmitic acid included in the fatty acids constituting the ester (stearic acid/palmitic acid) is 0.5-1.2 and wherein the respective contents of metal elements Na and Sn in the lubricant are each 2 mg/kg or below; a resin composition including (a) a polycarbonate resin and (b) the lubricant; and a molding obtained by molding the resin composition are also provided.
