PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To oscillate a wavelength variable pulse laser with a stabilized output regardless of the oscillation wavelength.SOLUTION: A laser device comprises: a resonator having an output mirror and a reflector; a laser medium and an excitation lamp disposed in the resonator; a wavelength selection mechanism for selecting the wavelength of a pulse of oscillating laser light from a plurality of wavelengths; and a controller for controlling the emission energy of the excitation lamp, which depends on the emission timing of the excitation lamp and which one of a plurality of wavelengths is the wavelength of an oscillating pulse, and also controlling oscillation of the pulse. The controller continuously oscillates a pulse train composed of a plurality of pulses including a pulse of at least two wavelengths. |
