PURPOSE:To equalize the pressures on both sides of a base plate with each other and to prevent a movable scroll from occurring a thrust, by providing scroll teeth parts on both sides of the base plate and by providing stationary scrolls which operate in company with those teeth parts, on both sides of the above base plate. CONSTITUTION:A movable scroll 1 possesses scroll teeth parts 1b and 1c on both sides of a base plate 1a. An outside and an inside stationary scrolls 5 and 8 possess scroll teeth parts 5b and 8b which operate in company with the above scroll tooth part 1b on side plates 5a and 8a respectively. When a magnetic clutch 22 is rotated, a shaft 2 is oscillated and the movable scroll 1 is only revolved through a driving shaft 13. With this, closed space formed of the respective teeth parts 1a, 5b and 8b is reduced according to its rotation and a fluid from a suction opening 6 is discharged in a compressed condition. On this occasion, pressures on both sides of the base plate 1a become identical with each other for attainment of the desired end as teeth parts 1c and 8b and 1b and 5b are symmetrical each other respectively. |
