PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mycotoxin adsorbent that can be produced using an inexpensive natural bentonite as a raw material and exhibits excellent aflatoxin- and zearalenone-adsorbing performance.SOLUTION: A mycotoxin adsorbent comprises a Ca bentonite having a Si-O stretching vibration falling within the range from 1,041 to 1,090 cmas measured by infrared spectroscopy and a medium diameter ratio (D(W)/D(E)) falling within the range from 60 to 110% by volume as measured by a laser diffraction scattering method. |
