A clevis assembly and an assembling method of the parking brake are provided to improve the reliability by preventing the spring for adding the operating force to the parking lever connected to the brake from being broken away. A clevis assembly of the parking brake comprises a connecting rod(131) in which a screw part(131a) is formed while being connected to a parking cable(110), a clevis(132) in which a connection part(132d) in which the parking lever is connected is formed, a nut block(135) which is installed inside the clevis, a spring(134) which is arranged between the nut block and a connection surface(132a). The nut block comprises a screw part and a screwed screw hole(135a). A first spring is interposed between a first support bracket(121) which is fixed to the housing of transmission and a second support bracket(122) which moves with the parking cable. |
