PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which provides excellent stability of a temperature after heating due to a heat transfer part and excellent heat dissipation after the stop of the heat transfer part, is capable of fixing a pressure from the heat transfer part to piping, and prevents characteristics including the stability of temperature, heat dissipation, and fixing of the pressure from being varied by a skill level of a user.SOLUTION: A fixing device includes a fixing jig and a holder. The fixing jig includes: opposite portions which are installed in a lengthwise direction of piping and face each other with a prescribed gap therebetween in a direction orthogonal to the lengthwise direction; a body portion including a support part supporting the opposite portions; an elastic portion like an elastic tape which is stretched between piping-side end parts of the opposite portions across the opposite portions and fixes a heat transfer part for transferring heat to a fluid flowing in the piping by applying heat to the surface of the piping, to the surface of the piping. The holder holds the fixing jig so as to allow detachment from the piping of the fixing jig in a state where the fixing jig is attached to the surface of the piping.
