PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of reducing the number of components and assembling man-hours to reduce a warm-up time and contribute to energy saving, and to prevent a reduction in durability of a stationary member as well.SOLUTION: A heat insulating member 27 is made of a single member and provided between a heater 25 and a stationary member 26 made of a non-metallic heat-resistant resin, and is fixed to a reinforcement member 23. The heat insulating member 27 is formed of a material having the infrared reflectance of 90% or more, and has a reflection surface facing the heater 25 and reflecting heat emitted from the heater 25 to a heating member 22. The heat insulating member 27 thus prevents the radiation heat of the heater 25 from being transferred to the reinforcement member 23 and the stationary member 26. |
