The present invention relates to an oral pharmaceutical composition comprising bortezomib with improved bioavailability which is a self-fine emulsifiable drug delivery system containing a specific surfactant alone or a specific surfactant mixed with oil and co-surfactants. The composition according to the present invention increases solubility and absorptivity by forming emulsion having a fine particle size when contacted with water in a body by being orally administered.
