Disclosed are a power transmission line monitoring device and a management system using a tension sensor. The power transmission line monitoring device using a tension sensor includes a tension sensor unit for fixing a power transmission line through an insulator to a pylon fixing unit and measuring the tension of the power transmission line by using a built-in tension sensor; and a determination unit for comparing tension sensor data measured by the tension sensor unit with a set reference value to determine the risk of the power transmission line.
