A capacitor charge and discharge management device and a method thereof according to the present invention supply power to a load by connecting each capacitor included in a plurality of capacitors in series and discharging power after connecting some capacitors and the other capacitors among the capacitors in parallel and charging the capacitors. Therefore, it is possible to supply power suitable for energy or voltage required by the load. |
