The present invention relates to an attaching apparatus for a display device and a method for manufacturing an attached substrate which comprises: a chamber unit in which a process of attaching a first substrate and a second substrate is performed to manufacture a display device; a first stage located inside of the chamber unit to support the first substrate; a second stage located inside of the chamber unit by being spaced apart from the first stage; and a plurality of guide apparatuses installed in the second stage to guide a position of a second substrate falling from the second stage to a first substrate supported by the first stage. According to the present invention, quality of the attached substrate formed by accurately attaching the first substrate and the second substrate by controlling movements of the substrates when attaching the first substrate with the second substrate; and a slimmer display device manufactured by using the attached substrate can be improved.
