The present invention relates to a beam combiner, a manufacturing method thereof, and a digital hologram image display device including the same. The beam combiner according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a first light path conversion film which converts and outputs a light path of a first linear polarization which is vertically inputted at a first angle and outputs a light path of a second linear polarization which is vertically inputted without conversion; a second light path conversion film which outputs the light path of the second linear polarization which is vertically inputted without conversion and outputs combined light by combining the first linear polarization with the second linear polarization by converting the light path of the first linear polarization which is slantingly inputted at the first angle by the first light path conversion film at the first angle; and a spacer which is located between the first light path conversion film and the second light path conversion film.
