The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a smoked egg. The method for manufacturing a smoked egg according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: removing low-quality eggs to select eggs being smoked; washing the selected eggs to remove foreign substances; boiling the washed eggs in salt water to firstly process the eggs; washing the firstly processed eggs; drying the washed eggs; and combusting sawdust and secondly processing the dried eggs using the heat of combustion of the sawdust. According to the present invention, the combustion time and combustion temperature of the sawdust can be adjusted by dividing a batch of the sawdust combusted when smoking eggs into 1-5 bundles and varying the amount of the sawdust in each bundle, thereby adding flavor to the smoked eggs manufactured by using the heat of combustion of the sawdust. |
