The present invention relates to a continuously variable transmission, and more specifically, to a continuously variable transmission for facilitating continuous shifting without a slip by increasing friction between elements. The continuously variable transmission according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a drive unit (200) which is delivered with torque and a driven unit (300) which outputs torque; a transmission unit (400); and a control unit (500) which changes an axial position depending on a shifting operation. The continuously variable transmission of the present invention can maximize shifting performance.
