The cast vehicle wheel comprises hollow bodies, which are designed as U-shaped hollow profile sections and correspond to the distance between the outer spokes (22.2) and the inner spokes of the cast vehicle wheel in the cross-section of a central leg. The hollow profile sections with their curved ends (11) on the both sides of the outer spokes or the inner spokes are led out from the mold forming areas of the mold portions of the cast mold and are connected with holding units for defining the hollow profile sections.
