The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for managing a forbidden TA of wireless user equipment and controlling a bearer of a normal call, and more specifically discloses a method and an apparatus for deactivating a bearer or a normal call when user equipment having the normal call and an emergency call shifts to a non-serviceable TA. Also disclosed are a method and an apparatus for user equipment managing a forbidden TA and a method for controlling a normal call bearer to reduce wasting of a control message and connection delay when reconnecting for normal call service after terminating an emergency call service.
