The present invention relates to a temperature control device for an injection mold. The temperature control device rapidly adjusts the temperature of a circulating coolant to a set temperature by selectively applying direct and indirect cooling methods by the temperature of the coolant circulating in a supplementary water tank, and improves productivity by reducing the cycle time of injected materials by rapidly adjusting the temperature of a mold to a set temperature. |
