<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately recover even when processing for introducing a license of a program fails in the middle.SOLUTION: The license introduction support system comprises: means for accepting an introduction request for a license of which a license identifier is designated; means for accepting designation of an electronic apparatus in an introduction destination of the license; means for acquiring a license file corresponding to the license identifier from a license management device by designating the license identifier, and recording the license file in storage means in association with the electronic apparatus in the introduction destination; means for transmitting the license file to the electronic apparatus in the introduction destination through a network and recording information showing whether the introduction is successful in the storage means; and means for, when it is determined the introduction is failed on the basis of the storage means, causing display means to display a screen showing the failure of the introduction and transmitting the license file again according to an input based on the screen.</p> |
