<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation plastic processing apparatus capable of improving plastic processing accuracy.SOLUTION: A synchronous rotation mechanism S of a rotation plastic processing apparatus comprises: a synchronous gear 8 which integrally rotates with a material support part 3; a transmission gear 9 which is disposed in a state that engages with the synchronous gear 8; a decentering coupling 10; and a transmission gear position holding mechanism K which holds the position of the transmission gear 9 in a state that engages with the synchronous gear 8. In the decentering coupling 10, a drive plate 14 is concentrically connected with the transmission gear 9 to be capable of integrally rotating with the transmission gear 9, and an end part of a movable shaft 11 penetrating the drive plate 14 is concentrically connected with a roller 4 to be capable of integrally rotating with the roller 4. The decentering coupling 10 includes the movable shaft 11 in parallel with a main shaft 1 and both end parts of the movable shaft 11 are rotatably supported by bearings 21. A press mechanism D is provide to move the movable shaft 11 along the perpendicular lineαbetween shaft centers connecting a rotation axis A2 of the movable shaft 11 with a rotation axis A1 of the main shaft 1.</p> |
