<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device of deaerating a foam-containing liquid for taking out the liquid content in a deaerated state by: conducting a pressed-pressurized foam-containing liquid through a flow passage formed in a multiple annular tube shape; displacing the foam content in liquid in an expansively opened state by superposing the long and adjacent foam content; separating the liquid content and the gas content by expanding the foam-containing liquid in the horizontal direction to the axial center after coagulating the foam-containing liquid once in the center; and removing the gas content by an exhaust mechanism under atmospheric pressure after discharge.SOLUTION: The method of deaerating the foam-containing liquid includes: a foam-containing liquid pressure feeding process of pressure feeding the foam-containing liquid; a one- or multi-layer annular tube rectifying process of rectifying the pressurized-supplied foam-containing liquid into a thin layer in an annular tube shape; a bending/coagulation process of coagulating and horizontally bending the foam-containing liquid on the downstream side of the central axis of an annular tube flow passage of the pressure-fed foam-containing liquid; a gas-liquid separation process of separating foam from the liquid by collecting-expanding the adjacent foam in the foam-containing liquid by forming the foam-containing liquid in the thin layer and expanding it in a circumferential planar shape; an exhaust process under the atmospheric pressure for taking out the foam in the liquid; and a liquid sampling process of collecting exhaust liquid.</p> |
