PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate by favorable accuracy extrusion load when coke is extruded from a coke oven chamber even when leaving time exceeds predetermined time at a prior operation in a coke oven.SOLUTION: Extrusion examination of coke performed by dry distillation by various furnace temperatures beforehand using a testing furnace, is performed by that a clearance amount between coke cake and a furnace wall are changed, coke extrusion pressure and furnace wall pressing pressure are measured, a relation between the clearance amount and a Rankine coefficient is obtained for respective furnace temperatures performing dry distillation, from an obtained relation between a Rankine coefficient, the clearance amount and a furnace temperature, a clearance amount between coke cake and a furnace wall, and a furnace temperature are made a variable, and a functional relation that shows a Rankine coefficient is acquired beforehand, from a furnace temperature of a prior coke extrusion time, and a clearance amount between coke cake and a furnace wall of extrusion time of this time, a Rankine coefficient of extrusion time of this time is estimated using the functional relation, and a power necessary to extrude coke from a coke oven chamber is estimated based on the estimated Rankine coefficient. |
