<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic apparatus capable of selecting an icon positioned away from a finger without requiring a large movement of the finger and capable of reducing the number of movements of the finger for selecting the icon.SOLUTION: Detecting a finger 10 positioned over a display change Z region 26 above a first display change X, Y region 20 or a second display change X, Y region 21 of a touch panel 2, and when the detected finger 10 continuously stays at the region for a predetermined period of time, plural icons displayed in an area corresponding to the first display change X, Y region 20 or the second display change X, Y region 21 are moved at a predetermined speed. Detecting the finger 10 positioned in a display change stop Z region 27 closer to the touch panel 2, the movement of the icon is stopped. And subsequently, detecting a movement of the finger 10 in a direction away from the touch panel 2 and stoppage of the finger 10 in the display change restart Z region 28, the movement of the icon is restarted.</p> |
