The present invention relates to a container to cook food and a cooking device to cook food using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a food container which can cook food using steam and a food cooking device using the same. The food container of the present invention comprises: a bottom paper whereby a food material is mounted on the upper part thereon and a steam injection nozzle to inject steam penetrates from the lower part to the upper part therethrough. On the bottom paper, a steam supply unit enables a supply of steam by penetrating the steam injection nozzle as the bottom paper is pressurized by the end portion of the steam injection nozzle, thereby being cut when the bottom paper is mounted on the steam injection nozzle.
