The probe has an intermediate membrane (10) combining parallel conduits, where thickness of the membrane is lower than thickness of walls (13) of the conduits. Connection fillets are formed at the level of junctions between the conduits and the intermediate membrane. The intermediate membrane is a sheet continued along the probe, and the intermediate membrane and the conduits are formed into single extruded piece. An end piece connects the conduits at their distal ends. |
