A device for stabilizing an electric voltage comprising a leakage field transformer as claimed in the parent Specification 1,020,093, is modified by providing a straight core-piece 21 carrying the primary winding 24, on one side of which is a U-shaped core piece 20 carrying the secondary winding(s) 23a, 23b, and on the opposite side a U-shaped core-piece 22 forming the stray flux path and providing air gaps 26. In a further form, the U-shaped core-piece carrying the secondary winding is composed of two L-shaped parts. |
