<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recommend to a work client a reminder in appropriate timing while eliminating a reminder in timing behind a completion deadline or any unnecessary reminder to work whose execution schedule has been made. <P>SOLUTION: A reminder necessity determination part 313a installed in a work management device 3a obtains work information including the completion deadline of a work set by the client of a work and work schedule information for ending the work set by the executer of the work until the completion deadline from a storage part 32a.
