The ordering system has the recesses portion (4) whose the contour is matched to the outer contour of a male tool (8). A radio-frequency identification (RFID) chip (5) is arranged on the base portion of the recesses portion, to store an identifier of the respective tool. A reader (6) is designed as a scanner bar to spans the base portion (3) and to read the identifiers formed with a relative movement between the scanner bar and the base portion.
