A file execution method using a fingerprint according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises (a) a step of requesting a fingerprint input when file selected by a user is for adults; (b) a step of recognizing a fingerprint input by the request and performing user authentication including adult authentication by determining whether the recognized fingerprint matches a pre-registered fingerprint; and (c) a step of executing the selected file after the user authentication, wherein the pre-registered fingerprint is stored by matching a fingerprint of the user to information indicating whether the user is an adult or not.
