To provide a musical instrument holding angle adjusting apparatus and a musical instrument holder including the same, which involve small number of components and which are simply structured. With the musical instrument holding angle adjusting apparatus, not only the top to bottom tilt angle but also the axial rotation angle can be adjusted, and excellent operability is exhibited. Even more, excellent durability is exhibited without incurring impairment of the function even through a long period of use. Further, the tilt angle and the rotation angle having undergone adjustment and setting can be retained with a strong force. |
