The accessories are three-dimensional in design and comprise a rear surface having an attachment means that is complementary to the attachment means of the wearing apparel item. The article of manufacture may further comprise an alternative wearing apparel item, a non-apparel item and any number of alternative accessories, the accessories being decorative or functional.
