<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low dust emission type linear motion device having a constitution in which only low dust emission type grease composition is encapsulated.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a linear motion device 1 in which a dust collector body 20 made of electret fiber permanently charged with positive charge and negative charge is arranged in at least one location of an end surface 13b of a movable member 13, an inner peripheral surface other than an orbital plane 12a of a guide member 12 and an extremity end 13b of a seal member 14 facing to the guide member 12. The electret fiber is made of polypropylene resin, polyester resin or polyvinylidene fluoride resin, its kinetic viscosity at 40°C is 8 to 180 mm2/s, and a grease composition including a base oil composed of at least one selected from mineral oil, synthetic hydrocarbon oil and ether oil and a thickening agent comprising lithium salt of higher fatty acid with carbon number of 12 to 24 and lithium salt of higher hydroxy fatty acid with carbon number of 12 to 24 while 70 to 80 mass% of the base oil and 20 to 30 mass% of the thickening agent being applied in respect to a total volume of the base oil and thickening agent is encapsulated.</p> |
