<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the amount of magnetic toner in a developing apparatus at a predetermined set value, without adjusting an output value of a magnetic sensor.SOLUTION: An output voltage to be output from a magnetic sensor 3 when there is no magnetic toner in a developing apparatus 117 and an output voltage to be output from the magnetic sensor 3 when there is a predetermined set amount of magnetic toner in the developing apparatus 117 have a correlation with each other in the same product. A regression line as one example of correlation data showing the above relation is shown in Fig. 7. An expression showing the regression line and the output voltage to be output from the magnetic sensor 3 when there is no magnetic toner in the developing apparatus 117 are used, to determine a reference value which is an output voltage to be output from the magnetic sensor 3 when a set amount (200 g, for example) of magnetic toner exists in the developing apparatus 117.</p> |
