The present invention is to provide prodrugs which act by a dual acting principle through additive or synergistic effects, for example by modulating cellular functions or chemosensitizing, thus improving the effect of the respective drugs. The prodrug of the present invention comprises at least a first pharmaceutically and/or diagnostically active compound, (ii) at least a second pharmaceutically and/or diagnostically active compound, (iii) two or more cleavable linkers, and (iv) a protein-binding moiety, wherein the first and the second pharmaceutically and/or diagnostically active compounds are each bound to a cleavable linker, and wherein the first and the second pharmaceutically and/or diagnostically active compounds are different from each other. |
