According to the utility model, the guides are mounted along the axis of the direction of the spine in the cervical region of the person lying on the device. The elastic member is unstrained when the device for correcting and treating the spine is in the starting position. The elastic member has means for acting on the carriage in a direction from the lower back to the head in an extended position. The headrest has means for attachment to the carriage.
