PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development that suppresses the occurrence of image defects (filming) in a low-temperature and low-humidity environment, and has excellent fluidity.SOLUTION: A toner for electrostatic charge image development contains toner particles and silica particles; the number average particle diameter of the silica particles is 400 nm or less; and when the isolation rate of the silica particles having circularity of less than 0.8 is x, and the isolation rate of the silica particles having circularity of 0.8 or more is y, y/x is more than 0 and 1/10 or less.
