PURPOSE:To provide an information distributing system which quickly provides information for which an information purchaser desires in a form easy to handle with high visual recognizability. CONSTITUTION:Information is transmitted from an information processor 11 disposed in a newspaper publishing company or the like to an information vending machine 21 installed in a station yard or the like by radio. A person stores information loads a memory card 51a to the information vending machine 21 and purchases only desired information into the memory card 51a. Information stored in the memory card 51a is reproduced by an information reproducing device 51 like an electronic pocketbook. Thus, information is purchased through the present vending machine. Since information is transmitted form the information processor 11 to the information vending machine 21 by radio, information is quickly transmitted.
