PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction in estimation accuracy when deterioration due to an unexpected deterioration factor occurs, for estimating the deterioration state of a storage battery using a model of the storage battery.SOLUTION: When a determination parameter based on a predetermined state and detected for the storage battery and a determination parameter estimated according to a basic model and a deterioration model of the storage battery exhibit divergence equal to or more than a certain level according to deterioration occurring due to an unexpected deterioration factor, a storage battery management apparatus refers an operation history to deterioration factor database provided with operation conditions for each deterioration factor to thereby estimate a deterioration factor of the storage battery. The storage battery management apparatus then changes the deterioration model on the basis of the estimated deterioration factor.
