METHOD FOR SCREENING DRUGS AND USED FOR DRUG FOR PROMOTING THE CROSSLINKING OF EXTRACELLULAR MATRIX AND USE THEREOF

Provided is a method for screening drugs, which is used for screening substances expressing promotion of LOXL1 (Lysyl oxidase-like 1) genes. The screening method comprises the following steps: constructing a second generation slow virus vector in which the expression of ZsGreen is controlled by human LOXL1 gene promoters; using the second generation slow virus vector to infect human fibroblasts and constructing human fibroblasts integrated with PLOXL1-ZsGreen elements; inoculating the human fibroblasts integrated with PLOXL1-ZsGreen elements in a culture medium, and adding materials to be tested into the culture medium of the human fibroblasts to cultivate; and judging the promotion of the materials to be tested to expressions of the LOXL1 gene by examination of whether the intensity of green fluorescence of the human fibroblasts increases or not. Also provided in the present invention is a drug for promoting the crosslinking of an extracellular matrix and use thereof.
