The exchanger (3) has an exhaust gas control device (4)connected with a bypass duct (5). The exhaust gas control device controls evaporation temperature of working medium using organic rankine cycle (ORC) process. The exhaust gas control device is installed in a pipe system (2). An intermediate circuit transfers heat to the exchanger. The bypass duct is provided with a separate guide tube. The exhaust gas control device is designed as a direction flap, a rotary valve and a flat slide valve.
