The device has shafts (3) for pivotal movement of the claw (4), which are connected with self-locking drive (7) via base frame (5) of the container (6). A narrow frame (8) is attached between two parallel grooves that are embedded longitudinally or transversely to the conveying surface. Several claws are designed and displaceably mounted in frame and are pivoted in grooves, such that side of the base frame of standing container ends up to a maximum in the gutters, and the shafts are connected with self-locking drive.
