The invention relates to a process for obtaining microspheres with probiotics used in the pharmaceutical industry. According to the invention, the process consists in preparing a natural matrix of alginate or chitosan type as solution with 5% concentration, which is sterilized for 15 min at a temperature of 121°C, afterwards it is cooled up to the temperature of 37°C and there are added, in a ratio of 1.5% matrix and 7.5% lyophilized probiotic bacteria and 91% bidistilled water, the mixture is homogenized and poured by dripping into a hardening bath, wherefrom there are obtained microspheres which include the probiotic bacteria, which are further kept for 30 min and separated. |
