The electric drive motor drives motor coils (30), and an engine electronic circuit board (40) controls the drive motor. The engine electronic circuit board has vehicle mass island (60) that is connected to vehicle mass (80) via vehicle mass link (70). A circuit ground island is connected to vehicle mass island and chassis ground island via filter element (65).
