The present invention relates to a system and a method for the measurement and accuracy management of a ship and an offshore structure, which can analyze measurement results at once and rapidly measure an object to be measured with a minimum number of workers by measuring the object to be measured using multiple measuring devices positioned at places corresponding to measured faces of the object, and can minimize errors according to the changes in the measurement condition during measurement. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the provided system for the measurement and accuracy management of a ship and an offshore structure comprises: multiple measuring devices which measure an object to be measured and are installed at places corresponding to measured faces of the object; multiple targets for setting a reference coordinate for the multiple measuring devices; and a digital device which analyzes the accuracy of the object by receiving coordinate information for the object to be measured and coordinate information for the multiple targets from the multiple measuring devices.
