The invention relates to a panel, comprising a first sheet of glass 1, a second sheet of glass 2, at least two conductive layers, a light emitting device 4 and a diffusing layer 5, wherein the at least two conductive layers are provided on one side of the first sheet of glass 1, the at least two conductive layers are electrically separated from each other, the light emitting device 4 is electrically connected to one conductive layer and to another conductive layer, the at least two conductive layers and the light emitting device 4 are provided between the first sheet of glass 1 and the second sheet of glass 2, and the diffusing layer 5 is provided on the second sheet of glass 2, wherein the diffusing layer 5 comprises an opening 6 and the opening 6 is arranged in the area of the light emitting device 4. In this way, the panel according to the invention is advantageous over the prior art, as it allows for an unhindered lighting in the area of the opening 6, while significantly reducing the effect of glare in the area outside of the opening 6. |
